Research on the Informationization Construction of Teaching Management in Universities Based on the Era of Big Data

In the past few years, China s higher education industry has once again achieved innovative development, with the greatest progress being the more convenient management of student education and teaching in universities. This includes the daily management of students in various professional classes, the management of students professional curriculum teaching and its curriculum system construction, overall quality, and teaching service efficiency, all of which have been significantly improved. Behind all of this is the construction of information technology in universities, as well as the promotion and application of internet big data in various aspects of teaching, production, and research in universities. In a word, the current in-depth development of Internet plus information technology, big data and cloud computing technology has indeed greatly promoted the reform and innovation of China s university education and teaching content, teaching materials and curriculum management system, and then provided technical support and platform guarantee for the continuous growth of school scale and the continuous improvement of talent training quality. In view of this, based on the actual situation of information technology reform in schools in the past two years, a brief summary and sorting out of some experience models.

User Experience, Functionality and Aesthetics Evaluation in an Academic Multi-Site Web Ecosystem

The present study focuses on using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the functionality, user experience (UX), and aesthetic approach offered by an academic multi-site Web ecosystem consisting of multiple interconnected websites. Large entities in various industry fields often have the need for an elaborate Web presence. In an effort to address the challenges posed by this need specifically in the field of academia, the authors developed, over a period of many years, a multi-site ecosystem within the Ionian University, which focuses on interconnectivity and a collaborative approach to academic content management. This system, known as “Publish@Ionio”, uses a singular content management infrastructure to allow for the creation of content for different websites that share both information and resources while at the same time allowing for individual variations in both functionality and aesthetics. The ecosystem was evaluated through quantitative data from its operation and qualitative feedback from a focus-group interview with experts, including website editors and administrative staff. The collected data were used to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the multi-site approach based on the actions and needs of the individuals in charge of generating content. The study led to conclusions on the advantages that interoperability offers in terms of digital and human resource management, the benefits of a unified aesthetic approach that allows for variability, and the necessity of collaborative content management tools that are tailored to the content’s nature.

Design of A Web-Based Geographic Information to Show Spatial Information of Land Used for Horticulture

Information technology is necessary today, especially to present information on land planted with horticultural crops in an area. The need to obtain fast, precise, and accurate information with the existence of an internet network via smartphones has proven to be very helpful in presenting information to local governments and buyers of horticultural products in obtaining products that can be traded to the public. Often the difficulties that occur in several agricultural areas, the information available is only in the form of location data tables and the exact location is unknown. The problem is that this information is not yet available in some areas. Therefore this study aims to create a web-based information system by compiling, storing and showing information about existing horticultural plants by taking a case example in Girian District, Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province. Web-based information is created by combining the information using a geographic information system (GIS) that displays descriptive text, tables, and images based on spatial location. The results of this study are expected to be useful for farmers in Girian District and local governments in planning and evaluating horticultural farming more easily. The research was conducted by building a web using the Windows 10 pro operating system platform, ArcGIS 10.8 software, Google Earth, Microsoft Word, and XML as a web server, and WordPress 5.4.1 as a content management system. Websites that have been built are tested for performance with gtmatrix with good results. The website that has been built can provide information related to horticultural crops in Girian District, Bitung City, especially information about Girian District and also the location of horticultural crops in Girian District, Bitung City.

The e-commerce platform conundrum: How manufacturers' leanings affect their internationalization

Internationalization is seen as a commercial opportunity and, in some circumstances, necessary for many firms' resilience in today's volatile and unpredictable global marketplace. Most exporting organizations must cope with various emergent e-commerce digital platforms, given the rising importance of digital and technological transformation of modern international trade and its related strategic challenges. The spread of third-party multi-sided platforms (TPMPs) and established actors such as Amazon, eBay, and Alibaba, has led research to overlook evaluations involving other types of multi-sided e-commerce platforms, such as content management systems (CMSs). Nevertheless, these other platforms are evolving by leaps and bounds and changing the rules of the game for e-commerce website development. This study draws on the transaction cost economics perspective and theory of boundary choices to shed light on the differences in manufacturing firms' internationalization performances from the reliance among CMSs and TPMPs. The study retrieves data from a survey of 263 manufacturing firms' managers and executives relying on structured equation modeling. The findings outline that adopting CMSs partially mediates the relationship between e-commerce strategic commitment and internationalization performances. In contrast, TPMPs negatively moderate the relationship between e-commerce commitment and CMS and between e-commerce commitment and internationalization despite directly partially enhancing internationalization performances. Finally, the study reveals an inverted U-shaped relationship between e-commerce commitment and TPMP reliance.

Local content management in Tanzania's extractive sector: How effective is it?

There is an assumption that a country's natural resource wealth, when harnessed, yields socioeconomic gains. This, however, has rarely been the case in developing countries. This has led many to implement resource-nationalist legal frameworks: to maximize public rents, secure strategic public ownership and facilitate local value-addition. Implementation of Local Content (LC) policies has been the most prominent resource-nationalistic strategy pursued by developing countries to achieve these outcomes. But while important, LC policies themselves do not necessarily guarantee success. It is against this background that this study set out to explore experiences of LC strategy in Tanzania, a country with a lengthy history of development strategies linked to extractive industries, with a view to assessing its effectiveness in delivering socioeconomic gains. Assessment of the LC experience in Tanzania's extractive industries underscores the importance of continuously reviewing the (LC) legal framework to ensure that it continues to be facilitative, prioritize communities’ needs, provide a clearer demarcation of mandates for various government institutions that oversee its execution, enable meaningful participation of grassroots authorities in governing, and enhance enforcement of regulations. In Tanzania, there is a need to build a manufacturing base to catalyze local value-addition and establish a funding mechanism for local suppliers.

Effect of Moisture Content on Combine Harvested Seed Crop and its Quality

The moisture content during harvesting significantly influences post-harvest losses, encompassing factors that collectively diminish both the quantity and quality of agricultural produce. These factors involve pre-harvest sprouting, mechanical damages and susceptibility to diseases at post-harvest. To mitigate the risks associated with excessive moisture, farmers have to employ proper harvesting techniques such as using a combine harvester. The combine harvester proves invaluable by efficient harvesting, threshing and winnowing various crops like rice, corn, wheat, sunflower and pulses directly in the field. This streamlined process not only saves time and reduces the need for human labour but also lowers overall work costs for farmers. Additionally, the utilization of these machines enhances agricultural productivity, ensuring a more efficient harvesting process and contributing to greater profitability in farming practices. Consequently, effective moisture content management becomes essential for minimizing losses and preserving seed quality. A multipurpose nature of a combine harvester minimizes the need for manual labour in harvesting, leading to a reduction in workforce requirements, time expenditure and effort. Consequently, this enhances overall productivity. The objective of the present review is to describe the effect of moisture content on crop, machine and operational parameters on seed quality of combine harvested crops and discussed the effect of moisture content on mechanical damage of combine harvested seed crop and its germination potential and seedling vigour.

Online marketplaces are so mushrooming that it can make it easier for someone to transact in everyday life. With this technology, market penetration is increasingly widespread and can generate large business profits. A company located in the Cengkareng area of West Jakarta is trying to develop its business. In accelerating the development of their business they are trying to organize a design and creation of an online marketplace and also provide training on the use of features in the marketplace online that can be used by the community to make transactions quickly. The method used in making this design is an explorative method in the application life cycle, where a marketplace website will be designed with the Content Management System application. The results of this paper show that the design of a marketplace website can be built using the CMS application, namely Joomla. This research is a form of utilization of online-based information technology at PT LUM.

Design of a Trusted Content Authorization Security Framework for Social Media

Artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) technology has had disruptive results in AI, representing a new trend in research and application and promoting a new era of AI. The potential benefits of this technology are both profound and diverse. However, the benefits of generative tools are accompanied by a series of significant challenges, the most critical of which is that it may cause AI information pollution on social media and mislead the public. Traditional network security models have shown their limitations in dealing with today’s complex network threats, so ensuring that generated content published on social media accurately reflects the true intentions of content creators has become particularly important. This paper proposes a security framework called “secToken”. The framework adopts multi-level security and privacy protection measures. It combines deep learning and network security technology to ensure users’ data integrity and confidentiality while ensuring credibility of the published content. In addition, the framework introduces the concept of zero trust security, integrates OAuth2.0 ideas, and provides advanced identity authentication, fine-grained access control, continuous identity verification, and other functions, to comprehensively guarantee the published content’s reliability on social media. This paper considers the main issues of generative content management in social media and offers some feasible solutions. Applying the security framework proposed in this paper, the credibility of generated content published on social media can be effectively ensured and can help detect and audit published content on social media. At the operational level, when extracting key information summaries from user-generated multimodal artificial intelligence-generated content and binding them to user identity information as a new token to identify user uniqueness, it can effectively associate user identity information with the current network status and the generated content to be published on the platform. This method significantly enhances system security and effectively prevents information pollution caused by generative artificial intelligence on social media platforms. This innovative method provides a powerful solution for addressing social and ethical challenges and network security issues.

Comprehensive Insights Into E-Learning in Contemporary Education: Analyzing Trends, Challenges, and Best Practices

This study explores E-Learning in Modern Education at Afghanistan Universities, aiming to analyze trends, address challenges, and identify best practices. Employing a mixed-methods approach, it incorporates surveys and content analysis for both quantitative and qualitative data. A stratified random sampling strategy ensures representation from diverse faculties, resulting in 180 participants. Key findings emphasize widespread adoption of Learning Management Systems, multimedia content, mobile learning, and gamification for enhanced student engagement. Challenges include content management and resistance to change, highlighting complexities in E-Learning implementations. The study aligns with established theoretical frameworks like the Technology Acceptance Model and cognitive load theory, contributing to the theoretical understanding of E-Learning dynamics. Implications extend to educators, policymakers, and instructional designers, guiding strategic decision-making and interventions. Limitations, including potential response bias and context-specific considerations, underscore the need for cautious interpretation, paving the way for future research. In conclusion, this research provides a comprehensive examination of E-Learning trends and challenges, offering actionable insights for the ongoing discourse in digital education.

Artificial Intelligence-Generated Social Media Content Creation and Management Strategies for Plastic Surgeons.

Social media platforms have come to represent integral components of the professional marketing and advertising strategy for plastic surgeons. Effective and consistent content development, however, remains technically demanding and time consuming, prompting most to employ, at non-negligible costs, social media marketing specialists for content planning and development. In the present study, we aimed to investigate the ability of presently available artificial intelligence (AI) models to assist plastic surgeons in their social media content development and sharing plans. An AI large language model was prompted on the study's objectives through a series of standardized user interactions. Social media platforms of interest, on which the AI model was prompted, included Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). A 1-year, entirely AI-generated social media plan, comprising a total of 1091 posts for the 3 aforementioned social media platforms, is presented. Themes of the AI-generated content proposed for each platform were classified in 6 categories, including patient-related, practice-related, educational, "uplifting," interactive, and promotional posts. Overall, 91 publicly recognized holidays and observant and awareness days were incorporated into the content calendars. The AI model demonstrated an ability to differentiate between the distinct formats of each of the 3 social media platforms investigated, generating unique ideas for each, and providing detailed content development and posting instructions, scripts, and post captions, leveraging features specific to each platform. By providing detailed and actionable social media content creation and posting plans to plastic surgeons, presently available AI models can be readily leveraged to assist in and significantly alleviate the burden associated with social media account management, content generation, and potentially patient conversion.

The reality of e-Learning: Success and failure of learning management system

A learning management system (LMS) is a digital learning platform for developing, delivering, and managing courses, learning resources, activities, and assessments (to name but a few). Traditional classroom-based, online, blended, and distance learning are all possible learning methods that could be executed in LMSs. Learning management systems and associated tools have brought significant benefits to higher education institutions worldwide, including improved content deliverability, accessibility, and retrievability. This is also valid in the case of Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), Nepal. In 2011, KUSOED launched LMS and continued online and blended learning practices. The LMS follows a social constructivist approach to education, allowing educational stakeholders (parents, students, leaders, facilitators) to engage in learning activities to scaffold the learning experiences. However, the perception of LMS as only a management system for storing data limits the implications of fostering learning through a technology-integrated education model. This article aims to discuss the success and failure aspects of LMS in the context of the KUSOED. The discussion will cover various perspectives on LMS as an emerging learning technology and draw conclusions based on our experiences at KUSOED. For the success aspects of LMS, we discovered four factors: sign-in, resources and learning management, content management, and integration. Nevertheless, for the failure aspects, we found content creation and sharing, communicative features, course structures, learning engagement, and assessment. Overall, this research has implications for educational institutions, instructors, developers, and system providers. These stakeholders can make more informed decisions about implementing and using these systems to their fullest potential in learning.

8. META-HEALTH. USING THE METAVERSE TO FACILITATE THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PATIENT'S INFORMED CONSENT AND THEIR PERIOPERATIVE PROCESS

Abstract Introduction The informed consent (IC) process can sometimes result in a lack of understanding due to the technical nature of the information provided. Coupled with the physical disorientation within the hospital, this can lead to perioperative anxiety and a greater risk of complications. Methods META-health is an application for mobile devices that seeks to improve these deficiencies using metaverse and extended reality visualization technologies. By recreating the hospital environment in a virtual setting, it allows repeating the preoperative consultation and visualization of various hospital areas, including the hospitalization floor, operating room, and consultation spaces. Multimedia content is included so that the information can be more easily understood. In addition, gamification has been implemented as an option to integrate entertainment into the understanding process of stomatal management. Results The pilot application was modeled and developed, and the first focus group was held to assess the quality, management, orientation, and comprehension of content. The sample of 12 patients indicated proposals for improvement and functional errors: 66.7% required control of the explanatory videos, 75% requested information on ostomies and difficulties in handling the joystick. The application is currently focused on colorectal cancer patients and intends to expand to other conditions and functionalities to become a functional metaverse. Finally, 100% of participants confirmed the usefulness of the idea and the importance of receiving information and support throughout the process. Conclusion The use of extended reality and the metaverse improves the understanding of informed consent (IC) by patients and relatives, as well as decreases perioperative anxiety.

Detection of sarcasm in tweets using hybrid machine learning method

<p>When one wants to express the contrary of what they mean, especially when insulting someone, sarcasm is used. One of the challenges associated with the control and management of content on social networking sites such as Twitter and other social media sites, is the recognition of sarcasm. Because sarcasm is purposefully conveyed through ambiguous word choice, even for humans it can be challenging to identify. Existing methods for automatically detecting sarcasm rely heavily on lexical as well as linguistic clues the majority of the time. On the other hand, these methods have not yielded a large or even a minor enhancement in terms of the correctness of the mood. The purpose of this study is to increase the accuracy of sentiment analysis by proposing a system that is both reliable and effective at identifying sarcasm. In this investigation, three different types of features are focussed: lexical, sarcastic, and context features. These feature sets are utilised in the process of categorising tweets as either sarcastic or not sarcastic. This research presents a sarcastic feature set coupled with an efficient hybrid machine learning approach, which ultimately results in improved accuracy. The results of the experiments reveal that the recommended hybrid machine learning method achieves 97.3% accuracy for sarcastic feature sets which is better when compared to existing machine learning techniques namely k-nearest neighbor, random forest, support vector machine and decision tree for the selection of the appropriate features.<strong></strong></p>

Role of public relations practices in content management: the mediating role of new media platforms.

Public relations practices are widely accompanied by communication and persuasion. Especially today, when new media platforms provide direct accessibility, communication through PR has become more improved. This research focused on media organizations in the UAE, with a special consideration given to their audience content management. The researchers applied the case study method and selected a sample of n = 280 individuals from n = 12 media houses currently working in the UAE. The results obtained by structural equation modeling (SEM) revealed that media organizations in the UAE pay significant consideration to public relations practices (p > 0.000) and new media adoption (p > 0.000). Moreover, both these public relations practices (p > 0.000) and new media adoption were also found to significantly focus on two-way communication. Consequently, this two-way communication is significantly affecting content management among these organizations (p > 0.000), leading to the design, evaluation, and alteration of content that is acceptable and liked by their audiences. Thus, it has been concluded that media content and its management is not a simple task. Audience and communication are two basic factors that play an important role in this regard. Furthermore, the role of public relations practices also enhances communication and content management practices, leading to even more constructive outcomes.

Text classification supervised algorithms with term frequency inverse document frequency and global vectors for word representation: a comparative study

Over the course of the previous two decades, there has been a rise in the quantity of text documents stored digitally. The ability to organize and categorize those documents in an automated mechanism, is known as text categorization which is used to classify them into a set of predefined categories so they may be preserved and sorted more efficiently. Identifying appropriate structures, architectures, and methods for text classification presents a challenge for researchers. This is due to the significant impact this concept has on content management, contextual search, opinion mining, product review analysis, spam filtering, and text sentiment mining. This study analyzes the generic categorization strategy and examines supervised machine learning approaches and their ability to comprehend complex models and nonlinear data interactions. Among these methods are k-nearest neighbors (KNN), support vector machine (SVM), and ensemble learning algorithms employing various evaluation techniques. Thereafter, an evaluation is conducted on the constraints of every technique and how they can be applied to real-life situations.

Purchase Intention: Social Media Promotion and Content Marketing Strategies to Increase Interest in Buying Cosmetic and Skincare Products

Based on the total number of Indonesian citizens that exceeds 275 million, of whom 136 million are women who were primarily employed in the 20–29 age group, this market is very significant for the cosmetics and skincare industry. Numerous cosmetic and skincare brands have emerged both domestically and internationally, with the aim of bolstering the cosmetic and skincare industry in Indonesia. Promoting strategies on digital media, such as social media, may be very effective and efficient provided they are carried out using the right techniques and concepts. The business owner can utilize the feature bar and appropriate content management for customers. The results of this research will highlight the promotion strategy and provide recommendations for promotions that may be carried out using social media. Results of the study indicate that social media promotions with easily understood content received an average score of 84%. Based on survey results, it can also be seen that informative product material received a high score of 79%. For the first variable, the indicator of social media and content promotion shows that 84% of consumers have a high need for skincare products. One of the functions of promotions is to alert customers to problems and needs that they are aware of. Informational and interesting content should also accurately reflect consumer needs and issues.

This research is a remarkable initiative that aims to empower villagers, especially kartars and local communities, to understand and harness the power of digital content for education, promotion, and social empowerment. The training consists of various factors in the world of digital content, including photography, writing, online marketing, and social media management. The method of implementing community service program activities begins with an approach to students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, using methods known as Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and a mixed approach. Activities were carried out in the Hall of Panjunan Village Hall, Sukodono District. The methods applied involved implementation methods in community service programs as well as training and counseling methods. The active involvement of the participants, creating strong cooperation between students and the community, thus creating a sustainable positive impact in the utilization of digital content to improve the quality of life and community empowerment.

Design of Interactive Health Promotion Portal Prototype at House of Health Promotion TeFa

TeFa House of Health Promotion at Polije is a Teaching Factory that is currently initiated by the Health Department's Health Promotion study program. This TeFa serves as a platform for health communication, information, and education, as well as a space for research and the dissemination of research findings by faculty and students. Based on the conducted situation analysis, TeFa Health Promotion House currently lacks integration of communication, information, and education media into health promotion activities. This deficiency leads to suboptimal management of health media content. The aim of this research is to create a web portal design for this problem. The method used to develop this portal design is the User-Centered Design method. The results of testing and design analysis conclude that the portal design developed aligns with user expectations. The main features include Articles, Consultations, Videos, Audio, and Polls. For further research, the design can be expanded into an application
