One of the effective measures should be state and public control over the observance of the rights of healthcare workers. State control should be exercised by the specially authorised central executive body on healthcare and its territorial bodies, as well as other central and local executive bodies, local self-government bodies and their executive committees within their competence in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
