Abstract

*The purpose of the paper is to identify and categorise the factors that influence agile characteristics of Frontline Retail Executives (FRE) using Total Interpretive Structural Modelling (TISM) approach. This paper analyses the interrelationships among agile characteristics of FRE’ factors. Furthermore, this is the first attempt to understand these agile characteristics factors of FRE using the TISM approach. The result indicates that emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment are the driving factors of agile characteristics of FRE. The result of this study helps the FRE as well as the organization in retail to achieve their agility.
