Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of rationalization of the juridical stage of preparation of the criminal-legal qualification of the crime. A logical analysis of the legal norm is offered (on the example of Part 1 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to highlight its formal organization. The elements of the structure, their logical connection and a coherent logical form are studied. The method of formalization is used. Formal correctness is evaluated, which allows establishing the legal uncertainty of individual components of the structure.
