Abstract

The objective of preparing this paper is to describe the basic steps of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) from the perspective of RMG sector. In this paper discussion methodologies or steps followed in the ‘business process reengineering,’ and consolidate a methodology for ‘business process reengineering' with hypothetical application in RMG business.
