Abstract

In order to analyze the influence of water spray desuperheating measures on the pressure and flow velocity in the temperature and pressure reducing device, a small temperature and pressure reducing device is taken as the prototype, the grid is divided and the calculation model is established, and the flow field inside the device under different water spray conditions is simulated. The distribution of the vapor-condensate two-phase flow field in the temperature and pressure reducing device shows that the water injection measures have obvious effect of reducing the temperature, and have almost no effect on the two-phase flow pressure and flow rate fluctuation in the device.
