Abstract
Anyone familiar with the controversy surrounding transgender student‐athletes competing on women's teams knows the name Riley Gaines, former 12‐time NCAA All‐American swimmer from the University of Kentucky. Gaines, now Spokeswoman for Independent Women's Forum, and Jennifer C. Braceras, J.D., an Attorney and the Director of Independent Women's Law Center, discussed this hot‐button issue with College Athletics and the Law.
