Abstract

This study explores the management challenges faced by college students' entrepreneurial teams in the current dynamic landscape. Examining issues such as unstable organizational structures, capital deficiencies, inadequate performance management, and low entrepreneurial capabilities, the research provides strategic recommendations. These include establishing a rational team management system, enhancing national policies to support entrepreneurship, constructing effective university education systems, and fostering risk prevention awareness among entrepreneurial teams. Implementation of these strategies is expected to empower college student entrepreneurial teams, enabling them to navigate challenges successfully and contribute significantly to both economic development and national progress.
