Abstract
脑卒中是一种突然起病的脑部循环障碍性疾病,多表现为局灶性神经功能缺失,甚至伴发意识障碍,又称脑血管意外.脑卒中是神经科常见的急症,多在中年以后发病,在世界上死亡率很高,仅次于心肌梗死和癌症,居第3位,具有三高一多的特点,即患病率高,致残率高,死亡率高和合并症多。
