Abstract

Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on preventing vascular crisis in patients received hallux reconstruction of fingertip defect.Methods Patients treated with hallux reconstruction of fingertip defect were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group (given early nursing intervention) and control group (given conventional nursing intervention).Then vascular crisis,self-care ability and negative emotions were observed.Results The observation group arteries (2.22%),intravenous (2.22%) and arteriovenous (2.22%),early postoperative (2.22%),postoperative late (2.22%) of vascular risk were significantly less than those of the control group; health knowledge (49.7 ± 6.4),selfconcept (21.8 ± 3.2),self responsibility (19.4 ± 2.3),self-nursing skills (29.1 ± 3.5),self care ability score (120.0 ± 15.4) were significantly higher than those in control group; HAMA (12.8 ± 1.8),HAMD (14.3 ± 2.5),SAS (51.5 ± 11.3),SDS(54.8 ± 6.5) were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion Early nursing intervention has positive clinical value for it can improve self-care ability,and alleviate negative emotions and prevent vascular crisis.
