Abstract
2019 2nd International Conference on Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence (CNAI2019) to be held in Guangzhou, China on December 27-29, 2019. CNAI2019 sticks to build up an international academic exchange platform for experts and scholars in the fields of Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence and other related topics to share their respective research achievements, we warmly welcome all the experts and scholars to participate in the academic conference to seek for a long-term development in the relevant fields.The first CNAI was successfully held on April 22-23, 2018 in Beijing, China. With the rapid development of Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence and more disciplines, these areas are widely used in human beings and it also brings a lot of convenience to people’s life, which indicates that the functions of technology and innovation are more reflected in Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence. Thus, we firmly believe that CNAI2019 will be beneficial and exciting by gathering researchers and practitioners from academia and industry together to focus on advancements and new collaborations in the fields of Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence.All the submissions will be peer reviewed, all the editors and reviewers will be responsible to make sure the scientific equality, verification and high standard. Each submission will be delivered to be reviewed by at least two reviewers under this critical reviewing process for scientific paper publication based on the paper contents, structure, language and more aspects. Also, CNAI2019 uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in all submitted papers.CNAI2019 has received 592 papers before the final submission deadline. Finally, we have accepted 190 submissions. According to their main ideas and research fields, CNAI2019 proceedings contain these following parts:1. Electronics and Communication Engineering2.
