Abstract
This Community Service aims fo Academics and Industry to be able to participate in assisting the government’s role in providing UMKM Strategies to survive and increase productivity and skills during the Covid Pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using daa collectivion techniques, namely surveys, interviews, documentation, and literature. This activity of Strengthening and Mentoring Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta in collaboration with Bank Syariah Mandiri (Bank Syariah Indonesia) is one of the contributions of Higher Education and Industry, in preparing alternative solutions in an effort to participate in supporting the world. economy and business in facing various challenges during the Covid Pandemic. The reinforcement provided is the provision of entrepreneurial motivation and training in the fields of Institutional and Legal Aspects, Financial Management, Marketing Management and Operations Management. Participants in the training and mentoring consisted of UMKM actors for both novice and existing entrepreneurs, totaling 100 people who were divided into 2 batches of training and mentoring through online media. The evaluation of the activities used in this community service is the aspect of knowledge and skills. The results of this community service survey show that the implementation of strengthening through training and development of UMKM, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta in collaboration with Bank Syariah Mandiri (Bank Syariah Indonesia) has been carried out optimally and has had a good impact on each party.
