Abstract

Emotion is one of the potentials that humans are born with and will develop according to their environment. Emotional control is important in everyday life, including in business activities. Emotional intelligence is a bridge (gate) between what is known and what a person is a person. Emotions can cause a person to carry out a process of innovation and creativity. In entrepreneurial success, the main emotion is enthusiasm. Emotionless business with emotion has no passion. This can make individuals do not have the courage to carry out entrepreneurial activities, let alone compete with other entrepreneurs by selling similar products. Based on this background, it is hoped that every educational institution, especially universities in Indonesia, can provide emotional training to the younger generation to be able to see opportunities in business activities. Through community service activities carried out by Lecturers and Students of Trisakti University, it is hoped that it will become an activator of the soul of young people, especially the Bina Amanah Cordoba School of Entrepreneurship (SKBAC) Students, to create online businesses. This is done by providing provision for emotional management and adaptation to train students to form conventional and online businesses.
