Abstract
The government conducts character education programs through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. This program refers to presidential regulation No. 87 of 2017 concerning the direction of character education. However, there are still gaps in the implementation of character education for the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students. This difficulty arises because there is no measurable program. So a valid program is needed to support this program. The outbound experiential learning program can be used to support the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. The method used in this study is the design thinking method. The result of this study is an outbound experiential learning-based program to support the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project for grades 1-2 of elementary schools
