Abstract

The paper analyzes the peculiarities of the communication process of the courts and the public. Based on the model (formula) of H.D. Lasswell, the main elements of communication activity are considered - the sender of information (communicator), the recipient (target audience), the content of messages, methods and channels of information transmission. It is noted that the effectiveness of communication depends on the careful preparation of messages, taking into account the interests and values of the target audience, as well as adequately selected channels and forms of information transfer.
