Abstract

The article attempts to make a creative portrait of Nadezhda Kazakov-na Petrova, a representative of the older generation of the Buryat singers and a talented vocal teacher. Her path to the professional stage is considered, the review of the opera and chamber repertoire has been made, and her role in the history of the musical culture of Buryatia is revealed.
