Abstract
目的 探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的MRI表现.方法回顾性分析有3例手术病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的MR成像资料.结果肿瘤最长径4.5～8 cm,平均约5 cm.1例肿瘤以囊性成分为主,2例则以实性为主、但有部分囊性成分.在囊实性交界部分,实质与囊性部分呈片状相间分布.1例囊性成分内可见纤维分隔.1例囊性为主的肿瘤在T1WI为低信号、T2WI上呈高信号,比较均匀,2例囊实性的肿瘤则表现为在T1WI呈中低信号,T2WI呈中高信号,囊性部分则为高信号.增强扫描显示肿瘤实性部分呈不均匀的明显强化.结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的MRI表现有一定特征性,并结合临床特征可在术前作出正确诊断。
