Abstract
This article has as a reference the Prioritized Objective No. 1 of the National Multisectoral Security and National Defense Policy to 2030, taking as a theoretical and conceptual framework theories and regulations related to culture and education and theirlink with National Security and Defense, as well as as well as the responsibilities of the MINDEF-UGESIDENA and the regional government (GR) of Puno in their Concerted Regional Educational Project (PERC) with respect to the culture of security and national defense, determining the form of participation of the regional National Security and Defense Office in the regional educational project considering that the Puno region develops an educational approach with an Andean-pachamama worldview in a context linked to various threats to National Security.
