Abstract

The present article aims to present an alternative to achieve from the teaching-learning process of the subject Political Economy, the formation of a socialist economic awareness in students. To achieve this, a multidisciplinary approach to a knowledge system is needed that reveals how the appearance of private property based on exploitation of the work of others stamped the exclusion of majorities and the tranquility of minorities. The society we aspire to build will not be viable, from the process of updating the economic model, if we do not banish the economic illiteracy cloistered. The teachers in initial formation of the career Marxism-Leninism and History have in that direction much to contribute. Such purpose must be made through the didactic. In this sense, the proposal that we present is focused.
