Abstract

The concept and content of an innovative and cognitive person are revealed. It is proved that the development of innovative thinking helps to form mental-vital models of human development in various fields, including management. Schematically, the types of innovators and the relationships that determine the manifestation of their features are presented. The approaches that contribute to the education of innovative and cognitive potential in a person are investigated. The necessity of combining innovation with human spirituality is substantiated. The necessary criteria and features of identifying and building the abilities/talent of managers of the new generation have been formed. A schematic model of an innovative and cognitive person has been developed.
