Abstract

In this research, it is aimed to examine the data analysis related to management approaches in the development of innovative thinking in educational institutions. Within this framework, some conclusions will be made by analyzing the data obtained in parallel with the research conducted within the framework of education, educational institutions, innovation thinking, educational management, educational management and managerial approaches. As a process in educational management, which forms the basis of our topic, the behavior of the educational administrator is very important for the progress and development of educational institutions. For this reason, it is expected that the research will make a serious contribution to the literature. In this study, the importance of research; its numbers, limitations and problem situation were included. Data collection and questionnaire application method were used in the research. With a combination of the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship, the information in the right place at the right time and the people who use it, namely entrepreneurial leaders to make decisions that will affect their level of innovation activities and competitiveness of institutions unnoticed by the society, will produce products and services that create value for society. This entrepreneurial leadership requires having entrepreneurial abilities such as education, ambition, perseverance, courage, abstract thinking, research, risk-taking and imagination. For this reason; a development-oriented entrepreneur lies under the idea of a successful innovation. The study area of the research reflects the behavior of the managers of educational institutions located in Istanbul as entrepreneurial leaders in the development of innovation thinking.
