Abstract

The conceptual bases of development of innovative thinking and its influence on the professional management system are considered in the article. The main features of innovative thinking in the management system are determined. It is necessary to periodize innovative development of management in order to define more precisely the priorities of development of innovative thinking. The concept of priority innovative development of professional management system is offered. The features of the impact of innovation on the management system in the modern era are determined. The intellectual model of components of managerial skill is considered and the place in it of innovative thinking. Attention is drawn to the need to develop an innovative management paradigm that forms a new outlook on the professional training and practical activity of management personnel. The need to develop a third-generation leadership system is determined based on new human values, beliefs, imaginations and expectations. It is necessary to change the format and content of management education. The parameters of the process of professionalization of management activity in Ukraine are determined. Attention is drawn to the need for the development of management science, taking into account the basis of scientific, analytical and practical nature of the development of management activities. The examples of development of innovative thinking in the system of professionalization of management activity in Ukraine are given.
