Improving the quality of information interaction between participants in foreign economic activity and customs authorities in the cross-cutting customs control process based on blockchain technology

Abstract

The paper contains the results of analysis of the possibilities of improving the quality of information interaction between participants in foreign economic activity and customs authorities based on blockchain technology. The authors propose a mechanism for providing customs services in the process of end-to-end customs control in order to simplify administrative procedures for information interaction, the results of the development of a model of the cross-cutting customs control process based on blockchain technology are presented, the implementation of which takes into account the main provisions of the Development Strategy of the Customs Service of the Russian Federation until 2030, determining the need to expand the potential of automation and the introduction of artificial intelligence mechanisms in the activity customs authorities. The methodological basis of the research is such methods as analysis and synthesis, system and process approaches, structural and functional modeling.
