Abstract
Abstract. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical methods, pedagogical modeling in particular, the article introduces a developed and implemented into the education process model of managing scientific research activity of future education establishments` managers by means of information and communications technologies in the Master’s course, reflecting the major features of the object under research. The elaborated model provides for obtaining information about it and resolving the arisen problems according to two components: scientific research (formation of the scientific knowledge and research skills) and information and communications (actual data collection, preserving the data in electronic archives, data visualization, statistic data analysis etc.). It also reflects the structure components of the process of managing scientific research activity in the relationship system “education applicant – scientific supervisor”. The realization of the distinguished components is held within the education process and extracurricular activity using a wide range of information and communications technologies. There are general recommendations developed for further usage of information and communications technologies in the scientific research activity of future education managers.

Summary
На основі теоретичного аналізу та емпіричних методів, зокрема педагогічного моделювання, розроблено та впроваджено в навчальний процес закладів вищої освіти модель управління науково-дослідницькою діяльністю майбутніх керівників закладів освіти засобами інформаційнокомунікаційних технологій в умовах магістратури, що відображає основні властивості досліджуваного об’єкта. Заслуговує на увагу, в контексті нашого дослідження, питання ефективного управління науково-дослідницькою діяльністю майбутніх керівників закладів освіти (надалі – ЗО) засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (надалі – ІКТ) в умовах магістратури. Метою статті є виявлення та узагальнення закономірностей та особливостей впровадження розробленої моделі управління науководослідницькою діяльністю майбутніх керівників закладів освіти засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в умовах магістратури в навчальний процес та позааудиторну роботу закладу вищої освіти. Розроблена авторська модель управління НДД майбутніх керівників закладів освіти засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в умовах магістратури відображає сукупність завдань, що необхідно реалізувати в рамках певної моделі науково-дослідницької діяльності здобувачів вищої освіти, яку спроєктовано на уніфікованій матриці основних напрямів діяльності закладів освіти. – оволодіння базовими елементами теорії та методології управління, інноваційними методами освітнього менеджменту
