THE PROBLEM OF CONDUCTING STUDENTS` SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ACTIVITY BY MEANS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES IN UKRAINIAN AND FOREIGN SCIENTIFIC DISCOURSE

Abstract

The article highlights the regularities and trends characteristic of the works by Ukrainian researchers involved in the problem of studying scientific research activity and information and communications technologies in the context of professional training of future management specialists. The correspondence of applying the program and diagnostic instruments engaged in conducting scientific research activity to the level of research and informational skills of the applicants is formed and established. The article reveals the regularities, topical and theoretical and applied aspects of using information and communications technologies in applicants` scientific research activity in the research and studies conducted by foreign scholars.In the process of absorbing the program of future profession, the scientific activity for a future specialist is treated as an important constituent as far as it is aimed at forming a valuable attitude towards conducting scientific research and gaining experience in its conducting. Due to application of information and communications technologies at all stages of conducting scientific research activity, a completely new creative potential of education applicants is formed, while the modern youth demonstrates versatile experience in mastering computer technologies beyond the educational process. The education itself becomes more convenient for young people and enhances an efficient development of scientific activity and a sufficient increase in education quality, initiates self-improvement together with development of scientific technologies, establishes new forms of interaction within a scientific community.Intending to stress the most prominent and celebrated scientific studies conducted by native and foreign scholars, we consider it necessary to establish the directions and trends characteristic of the given topic. Setting out the trends in conducting scientific research activity in higher education establishments is declared as the aim of the research. In order to reach the stated goals, a number of tasks are to be solved: to provide analysis of the research conducted by Ukrainian researches developed in the field; to discover major accents comprising the studies made by foreign scholars; to outline primary regularities and trends peculiar of applicants` scientific research activity development.
