Abstract
A passion for college sports, degrees in accounting and athletics administration, and experience as both a college basketball player and coach have proven to be a winning combination for DaShena Stevens as the Deputy Director of Athletics at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Her role supports the AD's vision for the athletics department, which aligns with the overall vision of UIW, the largest Catholic university in Texas.
