Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the professional qualification of Business Administration graduates to work in non-conventional organizations. To illustrate this type of organization, we bring the phenomenon of solidarity economy. To do so, we sought to know, from the analysis of the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Administration course, which are the indications regarding the profile of the graduate. An analysis of the National Student Performance Examination was carried out. This analysis was based on reading the synthesis reports produced and made available in digital form by Inep, referring to the years 2006 to 2018; and in the contents charged in the tests of the same period. In the methodological path, we opted for an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach and a documentary research method. After our analysis, we concluded that administrators are still being trained to reproduce the utilitarian logic of management.
