Abstract

This study aims to see how compensation affects job satisfaction and employee performance in the Aceh Province BPJS Ketenagakerjaan staff. The location of this research is in the Aceh Province BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office. The population and sample in this study were all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Aceh Province, totaling 117 people. Data analysis using SEM AMOS program. The results showed that compensation had an effect on job satisfaction and employee performance of the Aceh Province Employment BPJS. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates partially to compensation and employee performance.
