Abstract

Objective To analyze the correlation between the serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction in BNP, Hcy, hs-CRP and thyroid hormone levels. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI group) were selected from March 2013 to March 2015, and 80 healthy volunteers with normal cardiac function were selected as the control group.Compared with the two groups of patients with thyroid hormone, serum BNP, Hcy and hs-CRP levels.At the same time, the correlation between different types of patients with different types of thyroid, and the BNP levels in different infarction, different parts of the infarct and the number of infarction were compared. Results The patients with acute myocardial infarction of the thyroid hormone levels of T3 and TSH value was significantly lower than that in normal healthy subjects; STEMI and NSTEMI compared with patients with thyroid hormone levels in the two groups, STEMI of T3 was significantly lower than that of NSTEMI (P 0.05); the infarction site of different BNP levels had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); infarction number comparison, reinfarction, BNP levels was significantly higher than those of the patients with first infarction BNP, the data of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction in BNP, Hcy, hs-CRP values will appear significantly increasing and the BNP levels can also determine the initial type of infarction, and the number of BNP occurred in myocardial infarction has certain correlation.At the same time, the level of thyroid hormone in patients with acute myocardial infarction will be significantly reduced, and can be determined by the level of T3 content, to determine the severity of myocardial infarction patients.
