Abstract
Objective To construct clinical nursing teaching evaluation index based on nursing teaching and student′s subjective evaluation. Methods The clinical nursing teaching effect evaluation index were evaluated which primarily constructed by the application of analytic hierarchy process. Results For the judgment of evaluation results, we obtained 19 experts evaluation results after picking out 3 experts′ results because of consistency evaluation (CR≥0.1). To summarize each experts′ score, there were 4 dimensions including clinical teaching content, clinical teaching method, clinical teacher′s practice ability and teaching effects, 12 secondary indexes, 25 tertiary indexes to settle weight. Conclusions The clinical nursing teaching effect evaluation index is primarily constructed including 4 dimensions, 12 secondary indexes and 25 tertiary indexes.
