Abstract
Objective To develop clinical teaching evaluation based on tracer methodology and analyze the revelation of tracer methodology with clinical teaching quality of nursing interns.Methods Three level network of teaching evaluation was developed,teaching evaluation indexes were identified,and tracer methodology was used to evaluate clinical teaching quality.Results The hospital traced teaching service experience of nursing interns.The results showed that tracer methodology improved teaching process and quality,and made the whole dynamic teaching quality evaluation.Conclusions Tracer methodology evaluates teaching quality in an objective,valid,direct,and flexible way,and deserves a promotion in clinical teaching practice.
