Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safty of low molecular weight heparin calcium and edaravone in treating acute cerebel infarction. Methods 52 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups: comparative group( n = 25 ), which treated with Shuxuetong and CDP-C; treatment group (n = 27 ), which took as basic treatment, meanwhile treated with Edaravone and low molecular weight heparin calcium. The platelet count,FIB,PT were tested at the same time. Results At 7 d, 14 d,28 d after treatment, the Neurological Deficits Scale(NDS) and evaluating clinical curative effect were compared, the NDS and the total effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in the comparative group ( P < 0.05 ). The FIB in treatment group were more decreased after treatment than before ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Edaravone and low molecular weight heparin calcium all have significant clinical effect on acute cerebel infarction. It's safe to use. Key words: Low molecular weight heparin calcium; Edaravone; Acute; Cerebel infarction
