Abstract
The effects of raw material ingredient ratio, adhesive type and dosage, process parameters, and equipment on the properties of composition materials are investigated in this chapter. In addition, the plate-making raw materials and plate-making steps are described in detail. Finally, the properties of organic waste composite plate are fully described, including density, static bending strength, internal bond strength, screw holding force, modulus of elasticity, waterproof and moisture-proof performance of plate, and other influencing factors (adhesive sizing method, raw material ratio on plate making, and heat emission). Furthermore, for fine screenings from municipal solid waste, TG-FTIR is used to investigate the combustion behavior, kinetics, thermodynamics, and gas products of fine screenings (FS) classified from municipal solid waste (MSW) in an air atmosphere. A deep learning model is built using the 1D-CNN-LSTM algorithm to predict thermogravimetric data from FS combustion, with visualization technology (TensorBoard) used to display the weights and biases in different cells.
