Abstract
Abstract Armco PH14-8Mo is a precipitation-hardening stainless steel offering high strength at elevated temperatures along with exceptional toughness and tear resistance. It resists stress corrosion attack. It is recommended for pressure tanks, supersonic aircraft and aerospace applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: SS-183.
