Abstract
The article analyzes the concepts of the Bar and advocacy. The conclusion is that the internal organization of the Bar and advocacy is the essence of one phenomenon — the Bar. The article includes the author’s vision of the Bar in light of the digital transformation it is undergoing. The legal regulation of the digital transformation of the Bar, according to the author, should include both its internal organization and advocacy, covering all subjects, including new ones emerging with the application of information and digital technologies.
