Abstract
The article is devoted to the problematic issues of the implementation of proceedings on cases of administrative offenses recorded using photo-video recording tools operating in automatic mode. The paper highlights the issues of implementing the principle of the presumption of innocence, the mechanism of legal counteraction to the abuse of law, and assesses the preventive function of punishment in relation to this category of administrative offenses.
