Abstract

In the article, the author attempts to formulate a definition of the term «occupational burnout of an advocate», considers external and internal factors of the occurrence of professional burnout, stages of its development, and also provides measures that can be aimed at preventing, identifying and overcoming professional burnout of an advocate.
