Abstract

The article substantiates the need of using the scientific foundations of pedagogical (educational) logistics in management of the development the market of educational services. The essence of the logistical approach is defined as for the management of the market of educational services, which is optimizes the market of educational services through the interaction of customers, producers, consumers, all other stakeholders (stakeholders) which general aim is to improve the quality of education.Based on the principles of multilevel logistics system and the interaction of all its elements, are observed the features of the logistics approach of development the management the of the market of educational services and ways to implement it in management practice. The author identifies three levels of management of the development of the market of educational services at the regional level they are: strategic, local-tactical, local-operational. It is proved that in addition to structural units for education of regional and local state administrations, executive bodies for education, heads of educational institutions in the management of the development of the market of educational services are involved in various intermediary structures, which requires the coordination of all subjects of management.The aspects of educational activity to which ones the management influence should be directed during the implementation of the functions of planning, ensuring the rational and efficient movement of educational services, control over the promotion of educational services on the market and related information about changes in demand, using a logistical approach.A number of problems that need to be solved in order to improve the management of the market of educational services based on a logistical approach: the improving of the regular framework in the educational sphere, the development of strategic programs for education at the regional and local levels, by organization the trainings for managers how to use methodology in practice of management and educational logistics.The aspects of educational activity to which ones the management influence should be directed during the implementation of the functions of planning, ensuring the rational and efficient movement of educational services, control over the promotion of educational services on the market and related information about changes in demand, using a logistical approach.A number of problems that need to be solved in order to improve the management of the market of educational services based on a logistical approach: the improving of the regular framework in the educational sphere, the development of strategic programs for education at the regional and local levels, by organization the trainings for managers how to use methodology in practice of management and educational logistics.Prospects for further exploration will be aimed at the development of the logistical methods of management of the market of educational services of educational institutions.
