In order to achieve the purpose of this study, online course performance was set as the learner's core competency(communication, covergence, creativity), and the influence of active & collaborative learning activities and learning flow was analyzed. For this purpose, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the study variables were performed. As a result, it was confirmed that both active & collaborative learning activities and learning flow affect core competencies. In active & collaborative learning activities, higher-order thinking and learning study activities, and in learning flow, cognitive flow and behavioral flow were affecting core competencies. Based on this, a teaching-learning strategy for effective online course was presented.
