It substantiates the importance of implementing innovative solutions such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain technologies, which help businesses adapt to challenging conditions and ensure efficient operations. It is found that innovative approaches contribute to optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving management practices, which enhances the competitiveness of Ukrainian businesses in both domestic and international markets. The research demonstrates that the use of technologies like IoT for production monitoring enables businesses to control production processes in real-time and reduce operational costs. Warehouse automation and the use of drones in logistics help minimize risks for workers and improve the accuracy of operations, which is crucial during wartime.
