Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for future service development by examining app services for green life and identifying users' expected experiences. To this end, expected experience items were derived through a survey of challenge app service cases and carbon neutral-related user research documents, and interview verification by group was conducted according to the presence or absence of experience in using the app service. As a result, the two groups showed differences in education, communication, exploration of people's practice through entertainment, empathy and communication, and fun factors, and commonly denied carbon footprint calculations. This study is meaningful in that it investigated user expectation experiences in carbon neutral fields that lack existing user research, and the results can be used as basic data for the development of better green living services in the future.
