Abstract

This study explores the effects of integrated art therapy on adolescents' mental health and resilience. Integrated art therapy can improve resilience by strengthening emotional expression, self-identification, and communication skills through art media. However, there may be differences in effectiveness depending on the characteristics of each adolescent, requiring a customized approach, and in some areas, there may be accessibility problems due to lack of resources. Cooperation between the government, educational institutions, art therapy experts, and local communities is necessary, and efforts are needed. Therefore, customized access, resource expansion, and cooperation are needed to improve the resilience of adolescents using integrated art therapy. Through this, it is expected that more adolescents will be able to have enhanced mental health and resilience.
