Abstract

This paper is based on the recent changes and trends in convergence education trends that focus on art. The goal is to closely investigate and analyze the current status of art convergence education for all higher education institutions in Korea and provide basic data on determining how to operate it. As a research method, the process of conducting a typification process, determining the subject of the investigation according to the third level of screening criteria, and collecting data using online and offline were conducted. In particular. I focused on materials in four fields literature, art, music, and movies. As a result, contents such as ‘the trend of expanding the opening of convergence departments and convergence departments’, ‘the existence of many curricula for the operation of culture and arts educators’, and ‘the dominance of literature-led art convergence education cases’ were confirmed. It is time to listen to the voices of the art community demanding a change in the approach of convergence education, and reflect on and enhance the behavior of opening competitive convergence education in a simple way.
