Abstract

It aims to create a prototype of a career anchor diagnostic chatbot for female college students and evaluate its usability. Career anchor diagnostic chatbots were developed based on the analysis of existing Career Development Supporting Chatbot (Bae Jin-ho, 2019) and the needs of female college students. Introduction to research purposes was added to the chatbot for female college students, and inappropriate interview parts were deleted. The chatbot design and terms were modified to suit the characteristics of female college students.onclusion: Usability evaluation used Think-aloud and interviews. The interview was divided into function and content aspects, each using a question reconstructed based on Nielsen's five usability evaluation principles, and an interview was conducted using a question that showed whether it was helpful to female college students in the content aspect. Through this, the strengths and improvements of the chatbot were found, and the final improvement plan was suggested.
