Abstract
The article highlights the stages of electronic municipal services regulation, the problems of electronic interaction in the process of providing municipal services in single-industry towns. These problems are: mandatory electronic communication channel, technical difficulties due to Internet access, low digital skills of the applicants, and formal restrictions. Active regulation of public sector digitalization has ensured a continuous format for most state and municipal services and operation of MFC accessible to citizens. The analysis showed that use of digital content providing state and municipal services in the country is increasing. The research involves general scientific methods (deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis, classification methods, and others) and special ones (system approach, comparative statistical analysis, and others). The authors consider the prerequisites, technical and intellectual possibilities for opening digital public service centers on the basis of municipal libraries to expand the functionality of provided digital services. Systematization and integration of regulatory measures and support of portfolio development of municipal services to improve life quality of the population of single-industry towns are suggested.
