Abstract
The problem of professional training of art teachers is acute both in China and in Russia, and in order to solve it, attention should be paid to the following aspects of education: the organization and content of training, the methodological support of the educational process and the coordination of target guidelines that make it possible to significantly improve the quality of professional education of future teachers of fine arts.
