Abstract
The article presents the results of the survey of the territory of Lipetsk with regard to the ex-pediency of placing a new gas station .The optimal location of the station is justified. The AnyLogic software was chosen as a tool, the key stages of discrete event development of the cus-tomer service system model at the new gas station and the results of modeling are presented. The developed model of the gas station operation provides the manager with information about the demand for different types of fuel, the intensity of the flow of vehicles serviced at the gas stations and others.
