Abstract
the article deals with the issues of choosing the most optimal ways of implementing development innovations in the national healthcare spheres at the present stage. The paper uses computational and analytical, statistical and complex approaches in the research methodology. The scope of application of the results of this work is the innovative system of the national health sector. The scientific novelty consists in the development of an approach to improving the effectiveness of international cooperation in the innovative environment of the health system at the present stage. The conclusion is the need to transform the innovation system of Russia from the position of a reference point for borrowing on the priority for the advanced world medical science of the existing fundamental and applied foundations, which are most in demand in the world and relevant to our days.
