التدخل المهنی بطریقة خـدمة الجماعـة فی تعزیز الأمن الفکری لدى أعضاء برلمان الطلائع

Abstract

يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي في: اختبار إسهامات البرنامج المقترح من منظور خدمة الجماعة لتعزيز الأمن الفکري لدى أعضاء برلمان الطلائع. حيث شملت أبعاد مقياس الأمن الفکري (التفکير الناقد، الحوار وتقبل الخلاف مع الآخرين، التسامح والتعايش مع الآخرين، الــولاء الوطنـي؛ والدرجة الکلية). وانتهجت المنهج شبه التجريبية، باستخدام أداوات (مقياس تعزيز الأمن الفکري، المقابلات الفردية والجماعية، التقارير الدورية). وتم تطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء برلمان طلائع محافظة الدقهلية قوامها (12) طليع، وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الرئيسى للدراسة وفروضه الفرعية. The main objective of the study is: Examining the proposed program contributions from the perspective of grup work to enhance the intellectual security of the young pioneer parliament. The study seeks to test a major hypothesis whose performance is: “It is expected that there are statistically significant differences at the level of morale (0.05) between the mean grades of the experimental and control groups of the first members of Parliament in the post-measurement of the measure of intellectual security (dimensions” critical thinking, dialogue and acceptance of disagreement with others, tolerance and coexistence with others, national loyalty; and the overall degree) in favor of the experimental group. The study adopted the quasi-experimental approach, using tools (a measure of intellectual security among members of the young pioneer Parliament, individual and group interviews, periodical reports). It was applied to a sample of the members of the young pioneer parliament, Dakahlia Governorate, which consisted of (12), and the results of the study demonstrated the validity of the main hypothesis of the study and their sub-hypotheses.
