Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي تحديد متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلکترونية لرفع کفاءة الأداء الوظيفي للمنظم الاجتماعي بإدارة خدمة المواطنين بالتأمين الصحي والتي تتمثل في (المتطلبات الإدارية، المتطلبات البشرية، المتطلبات التقنية، المتطلبات المالية، المتطلبات الأمنية)، کذلک تحديد معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلکترونية لرفع کفاءة الأداء الوظيفي للمنظم الاجتماعي بإدارة خدمة المواطنين بالتأمين الصحي، التوصل الي مقترحات لتطبيق الإدارة الإلکترونية لرفع کفاءة الأداء الوظيفي للمنظم الاجتماعي في مکتب خدمة المواطنين بالتأمين الصحي. حيث استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بعيادات التأمين الصحي التابعة لإدارة مکتب خدمة المواطنين بفرع شمال شرق الدلتا للتامين الصحي بمدينة المنصورة بمحافظة الدقهلية، وبالعينة للعاملين بالإدارة. Abstract The current study aims at determining the requirements of electronic management Implementation for raising functional performance efficiency for social organizer in citizens service administration at health Insurance, which represents in (the administrative requirements, human requirements, technique requirements, Financial requirements and safety Requirements) ,as well as determining management implementation for raising functional performance efficiency for social organizer in citizens service administration at health Insurance, and getting suggestions for implementing electronic management for raising functional performance efficiency for social organizer in citizens service administration at health Insurance, The study used the Comprehensive social survey method with social survey method with social workers working in health Insurance clinics related to citizens service, The branch of Delta East North of health Insurance at Mansoura city Dakhlia Governorate, and by sample Administration workers.
